TSOne’s Assessment & Opportunity (A&OSM) map is a process improvement tool designed to provide organizations with a detailed assessment of their current efficiencies and a projection of opportunities for improved profitability.

TRIOSE begins the process by developing a base case scenario analyzing the critical flows of materials, information, and the resulting financial impacts. We identify the organization’s current supply chain channel strengths and weaknesses and compare it to industry best practices. This GAP analysis allows us to develop a Supply Chain future state road map. Immediate "quick-hit", short-term, and long-term opportunities are identified and documented. Implementation plans, measurement systems, budgets, capital plans and an ROI analysis can then prepared from this documentation. Important organization impact analyses are conducted to validate that both short & long-term improvement opportunities are achievable as they relate to the organization’s mission and values.
