  • The TRIOSE program is a shared savings model. We charge no up front or transactional fee for our service. We align our goals with the client.
  • TRIOSE offers a transparency model for doing business where by we do not hide the negotiated fees we have with our carriers. The customer will be able to view actual costs, total savings, and savings to your facility and savings to TRIOSE.
  • TRIOSE does not work with only a specific set of vendors. We methodically contact each vendor from which you purchase to get them committed to the program irrespective of size. Generally, methodical means we start with the vendors that charge you the highest dollars in freight and work our way down the list. Normally 20% of your vendors account for 80% of your freight spend. In this case we understand your facility does not currently break out freight or track freight so we would apply the same model to the purchase dollars by vendor.
