Reduced freight & transportation expense

TSOne is able to provide freight savings on out bound shipments anywhere from 10 - 15%, for general inbound shipments TSOne is able to provide savings between 20% - 40%. . LTL and TL shipments vary.
These are true savings on implemented vendors as TRIOSE does not charge a fee for the service
Improvements are seen in the visibility of capturing freight, information to help in vendor negotiations, trends that can help identify areas where process changes can improve efficiency to further lower costs, and TRIOSE has also worked with vendors to improve their shipping process by consolidating multiple shipments into one.

Elimination of overpayments to vendors
TRIOSE does not work with only a specific set of vendors. We methodically contact each vendor from which you purchase to get them committed to the program irrespective of size. Generally, methodical means we start with the vendors that charge you the highest dollars in freight and work our way down the list. Normally 20% of your vendors account for 80% of your freight spend. In this case we understand your facility does not currently break out freight or track freight so we would apply the same model to the purchase dollars by vendor.
