Melanie Sullivan, Director of Customer, is our 2024 Triose Champion for Teamwork/Being a Team Player. This individual is recognized as one who works in a collaborative manner, has consistent and positive communication skills, and utilizes their skills in a joint effort to reach an outcome. This Champion takes on any role that is needed to help the team succeed. Melanie has been a pivotal figure in driving success and fostering a positive Triose culture throughout the past year. Her exceptional energy, vision, and dedication have not only positively impacted her team members but have also significantly contributed to our business outcomes. In 2024, Melanie embraced every challenge with enthusiasm, leading to her well-deserved promotion to head our Customer Success team. Upon assuming leadership of the Customer Success team, Melanie immediately set out to enhance connectivity, dismantle silos within the organization, and strategize on ways to elevate our team's impact on our customers. Additionally, as the leader of our Employee Engagement Committee, Melanie consistently prioritizes the retention and enhancement of the positive aspects of the Triose culture. Melanie's passion for Triose shines through in her relentless focus on putting our customers first and delivering unparalleled experiences. Amando Dalisay, Systems and Support Specialist, is our 2024 Triose Champion for Innovation. Triose defines this as not only the introduction of something new, but the application of the idea that further serves the needs and expectations of our internal and external clients. This Champion is a problem solver, process improver, and Triose trailblazer that ultimately helps increase profitability. Amando is not just a problem solver; he’s a trailblazer. He sees opportunities where others see challenges and approaches every situation with a mindset focused on solutions and growth. When he took on the challenge of streamlining TRIshipPRO he didn’t just improve it – he transformed it. Amando took a platform that needed direction, cleaned it up, and worked diligently to establish a clear process with both our vendor and internal teams. His efforts didn’t just make our operations more efficient; they paved a way to set new benchmark for how we collaborate and innovate as a team. His ability to think strategically and outside of the box is rare and valuable combination, and it’s this quality that has made such a lasting impact on our organization.

Kendal Leidy, Real Time Tracking Analyst, is our 2024 Triose Champion for Service. This is what makes Triose so special. We are a service centric organization and Kendal understands Triose’s unique niche in our market, takes a calculated approach to support our customers, keeps a personal touch with our service, and is an asset to our organization. Kendal is a true team player and never hesitates to wear multiple hats or to collaborate internally on solutions for our customers. Kendal has been integral in creating, developing, and continuing to support Triose’s real-time tracking platform, being a part of creating it from the ground up. Kendal never loses sight of the end goals and always strives for the best possible outcome, supporting our customers and going above and beyond when needed.
