As we settle into our new headquarters and continue to grow and evolve as an organization (check out who’s on the Inc. 5000 for the third straight year! http://www.inc.com/profile/triose), we’re consistently looking for ways to accommodate additional employees and build a unique workplace culture for our team. Since we’ve moved in November, we have already hired 11 new employees, who are based out of our Wyomissing location. We truly believe that keeping our employees happy is the key to keeping our clients happy, and we’re making every effort to ensure that’s a reality at TRIOSE.
With this philosophy in mind, we recently added a 6,650-square-foot addition, which houses additional office space as well as our new and improved kitchen and dining area and amenities. We engineered this space to not only encourage employees to take a break for lunch and dine with their colleagues but also for team building and collaboration. In fact, our wellness and Give Five philanthropic committees often use this area to host their events, including nutritious potlucks and healthy lifestyle lunch and learns.
With our recent focus on wellness, you’ll often see our employees entering the building before work hours to use our free gym to kick off their day – a new perk at our new location!
We are also in the process of creating a fully stocked library for employees where they can borrow and share all types of books and magazines, whether for professional development or personal enjoyment.
All in all, our new space is helping us to provide a better culture and encourage a healthier lifestyle for our employees, which has undoubtedly fueled even better service for our clients and suppliers.
