Wyomissing, PA – June 4, 2019 – TRIOSE, Inc., a healthcare solutions company located in Wyomissing, PA has begun its annual Lemonade Days fundraiser for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), a nonprofit dedicated to finding cures for childhood cancer. ALSF is the National Charity Partner for TRIOSE’s Give Five community impact program.
Many events are held year-round at the TRIOSE office to fundraise for ALSF, but Lemonade Days is the main event, held every June. “We plan a number of events for our team to participate in, both in office and remotely across the country,” said TRIOSE President and member of the Give Five committee Ira Tauber. “We have something going on every day, between office-wide bingo, or a silent auction, and change Wars brings competition between teams all week long. But the real winner for the week is ALSF. Ensuring that we can help fund research that will help find the cure for childhood cancer is what this week is truly about.”
TRIOSE’s Lemonade Days culminates in its employees holding their own Lemonade Stand at Van Scoy Jewelers in Broadcasting Square Shopping Center. On Friday June 7th, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, TRIOSE employees will set a stand and mix up their own lemonade to sell to passersby, just like ALSF’s founder Alex Scott did.
“Lemonade Days is an event that everyone in the office looks forward to,” says Tauber. “It brings everyone together to participate in events that really can help make a difference.”
