TRIOSE’s Sara Diefenderfer Featured in Reading Eagle’s Young Professionals Issue

The latest issue of the Reading Eagle’s Business Weekly was “The Young Professionals Issue.” This issue took the time to feature a number of young professionals in our local area, including TRIOSE’s very own Sara Diefenderfer.

Sara Diefenderfer is TRIOSE’s employee lifestyle specialist. She works with TRIOSE employees, starting with the hiring process, and helps them grow through their personalized development plans.

Sara previously spent four years in the education field after graduating from Lock Haven University with a degree in elementary education. Though she enjoyed working with kids, Sara felt she could use her education background helping adults become successful in the corporate world.

Sara has helped to implement a number of programs at TRIOSE, including DISC, a tool used to increase cooperative communication throughout the company. Sara is certified in the Everything DISC methodology, teaching new employees how to effectively communicate with their new coworkers.

Sara has a passion for helping others in both the education and corporate worlds. She is a member of Girls on the Run Lehigh Valley, is an avid runner, and an active mother.
