Celebrating 25 years of Triose: Honoring our team, milestones, & commitment to excellence

As Triose marks its 25th anniversary, we’re shining a spotlight on our incredible team members and the pivotal moments that have shaped our journey. Discover their impactful stories and memorable milestones that highlight Triose’s growth, innovation, and dedication to delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Kimberley San Antonio, Strategic Account Manager

Kimberley has been with Triose for almost eight years, joining the team as an Account Manager in April 2017. Kimberley enjoys Triose’s family-like environment and emphasis on meaningful outcomes to patient care and driving value to customers has allowed her to build relationships in her role.

During her tenure at Triose, Kimberley notes two impactful projects, the Infectious Disease/COVID-19 Immuno Phenotyping Assessment in a COVID-19 Cohort (IMPACC) Study in partnership with the NIAID and NIH and the Service Mode Optimization project. As part of the IMPACC Study, Kimberley implemented a three-way project plan which included shipping and monitoring COVID-19 test supplies and hazmat products to healthcare sites and specimen to labs. The team was able to provide on-time delivery analysis to NIAID and NIH to deliver the accuracy of test results. The Service Mode Optimization project substantially reduces shipping costs for several of Kimberley’s customers, positively impacting spend and Triose’s credibility.
Kimberley shares that watching Triose’s Pharmacy to Patient solution progress from infancy to a multifaceted solution that includes home delivery, outbound shipping portal, and real-time tracking support services has been the most memorable milestone during her time on the team.


Courtney Spatz, Inside Sales Executive  Courtney Spatz, Inside Sales Executive

Courtney has been a part of the Triose team for over 13 years, holding various positions such as Implementation Supervisor, Regional Account Executive, and Account Manager before her current role as an Inside Sales Executive. She notes that she appreciates the culture within the Sales team at Triose. The most impactful project Courtney has worked on during her tenure at Triose is building up the “C” accounts. The Triose milestone that stands out to Courtney is when the team hit its 20-year anniversary. She is excited to celebrate the team’s new milestone of 25 years!

 


Eric Fleming, Client Service Manager Eric Fleming, Client Service Manager

Eric has been on the team for over seven years, celebrating his anniversary in November. He joined Triose in the Billing department before moving to the Customer Service team. Eric finds meaning in making a difference in the healthcare industry and enjoys working with his fellow team members to unite around our customers.
Eric finds Triose’s transition to AB Force as the most impactful project he has worked on during his time at Triose. Prior to the transition, the Customer Service team worked solely out of Outlook and did not have much measurable data, statistics, or a case ticketing system. Since the onboarding, Eric notes the Customer Service team’s workflow has been transformed, allowing them to better support our customers.
One of Eric’s most memorable milestones at Triose was stepping into his recent management position. Over the years, he had the opportunity to learn within his various roles and through collaborating with team members, providing him with the skills and insights to grow internally. He looks forward to fostering a positive team culture and make a meaningful impact at Cencora.


Erika Gregoire, Carrier Relations Manager Erika Gregoire, Carrier Relations Manager

Erika joined the Triose team in July 2013, gaining experience in various roles across the Operations and Specialized Large Freight teams, which ultimately led her to her current role. She truly appreciates the collaborative and innovative spirit fostered by Cencora and Triose, which priorities the needs of our customers. What she values most is the opportunity to make a meaningful, positive impact alongside her dedicated colleagues Cencora and Triose.
Erika emphasizes that the evolution of Career Relations during her time at Triose has been most impactful to her. The team’s transformation enabled them to forge strong relationships, and a comprehensive portfolio of service offers with our carrier partners, benefiting our customers. The implementation of the Carrier and Client Portals and the synergies the team has established with our partners enable us to deliver value-added services to our customers.
Erika sees Triose’s growth as the most memorable milestone during her tenure. Triose’s evolution from a private company to an employee-owned organization and later Cencora’s acquisition shows the remarkable growth and innovation the team has achieved over the years.



Lauren Fellin, Enterprise Billing Manager  Lauren Fellin, Enterprise Billing Manager

Lauren joined the Triose team 16 years ago as a PPR and has held multiple roles on the Billing team and as an Enterprise Business Process Manager. Lauren shares that Triose has always felt like a family even as it expanded.
The most impactful projects Lauren has worked on during her time at Triose are the implementation of the team’s billing system, Unicorn. She’s proud to be on the team that is currently developing and implementing the new system, Sapphire.
Seeing Triose’s growth over the last 16 years has been incredible for Lauren to be a part of. She has watched the organization go from 10 people with few clients to her team managing close to 800 accounts alone. She notes that even through these changes, the team continues to offer customers solutions and experiences that truly make a difference.


Breanne Alequin, Account Executive  Breanne Alequin, Account Executive

Breanne has been a Triose team member for six years, holding positions including Sales Enablement, Billing, and now Account Executive. Breanne feels supported by leadership and her peers and finds fulfillment in everyone’s shared goal of putting our customers first.
During her time at Triose, Breanne was a part of a focus group the commercial leadership team put together with sales and account executive team members to discuss process improvements. Some of the ideas the group pitched are still in the works today.
Breanne’s most memorable milestone is moving from an operations role into a customer facing role. Her knowledge from previous positions and operations team peers led to her success in her current role.


Brian Hope, Logistics Coordinator  Brian Hope, Logistics Coordinator

Brian has been with Triose for 16 years and is currently in the role of Logistics Coordinator on the Operations team. Brian enjoys that Triose values team members’ work and opinions and makes its customers’ needs their main priority.
The most impactful project Brian has worked on during his tenure at Triose is implementing the Kaiser account. The most memorable milestone during his time at Triose is surviving the economic recession in 2008 and emerging a larger and more successful company.



Gurpreet Kaur, Operations Manager Gurpreet Kaur, Operations Manager

Gurpreet has been at Triose for over four years serving primarily as a Pharmacy Consultant before being promoted to Operations Manager. Gurpreet enjoys the collaborative environment and opportunities for employee growth within the Triose team.
The most impactful project Gurpreet worked on was migrating Triose’s legacy customers to an updated URL. The initiative required careful planning, clear communications, and close collaboration across teams to ensure the disruption to customers was minimal. While the project was complex, it provided Gurpreet with significant learning opportunities, enhancing her skillset and reinforcing the importance of adaptability and teamwork while delivering results.
Gurpreet notes that Triose’s most memorable milestone was when the organization was acquired by Cencora. She found the transition to be a defining moment, bringing new opportunities and resources while reinforcing the strength of our organization. It was exciting to witness how our teams adapted to the change, embraced new strategies, and continued to drive value for our customers.
